Career Compass is a student rotation project in Orbico and Orbico Group departments for up to 12 months, organized by the Human Resources Department.
Students will have the opportunity to get to know themselves, find out what they are interested in and in which area they want to develop.
Through this project students will be able to get all the necessary knowledge to work in a dynamic international company. Students will be assigned a mentor (depending on the department they will be in) whose task will be to transfer their acquired knowledge and encourage students to discuss some new ideas for improving business processes.
Our ideal candidates are students in their final year of economics and logistics who are motivated and open to new experiences and want to develop in one of our departments.
